The War Effort from the Left Since the 2022 Invasion

Before February 2022, left-wing initiatives in the war effort suffered from internal divisions and political weakness. However, many leftists have decided to come together to prepare for defence against Russian invasion. Based on previous experiences in activism they have organized a civil solidarity structure and a military platoon to resist and defend their own political vision.

 

Bertrand de Franqueville is a PhD student at the University of Ottawa (Canada).
