DANYLIW RESEARCH SEMINAR ON CONTEMPORARY UKRAINE

A presentation on the new online course “Famine as Genocide in the 20th Century: The Holodomor in Ukraine,” produced by the Holodomor Research and Education Consortium (HREC). The course, built for delivery on the Coursera platform and offered at no cost, balances academic rigor with accessible storytelling and can serve as a model for other large-scale public education initiatives. The projects integrates survivor interviews and testimonies, historical records, and period media, carefully selected to illustrate the human impact of the Holodomor.
