Jesse Driscoll

 

Jesse Driscoll is Assistant Professor at the School of Global Policy and Strategy, University of California at San Diego. He received his PhD from Stanford University and recently published Warlords and Coalition Politics in Post-Soviet States (Cambridge University Press, 2015).
