DANYLIW RESEARCH SEMINAR ON CONTEMPORARY UKRAINE

John Packer is Associate Professor of Law and Director of the Human Rights Research and Education Centre (HRREC) at the University of Ottawa. He previously worked for the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights and other high-level international organizations. In May 2022, he co-authored the international report An Independent Legal Analysis of the Russian Federation’s Breaches of the Genocide Convention in Ukraine and the Duty to Prevent.
