DANYLIW RESEARCH SEMINAR ON CONTEMPORARY UKRAINE

John Vsetecka is a PhD candidate in the Department of History at Michigan State

University (US) where he is completing his dissertation on the aftermath of the

Holodomor. During the 2021-22 academic year, John was a Fulbright Scholar in

Kyiv where he conducted research for his dissertation before being evacuated to

Poland due to the Russian war of aggression. He is the founder of H-Ukraine.
